Three Generations of Saints

I snapped this Saturday before they moved the tractor.  Three generations of Saint men, my dad, my brother and my nephew.  I am in love with this!  Now, of course it has been edited.  The original picture was taken in the driveway...lol.  I like this edit and it will be going up on my parents walls.

Finally got some photos and editing done!!

It's been a hard year.  I've really lacked motivation to even pick up a camera at all, but it's getting better as the doctors adjust my medications and begin to get my seizures under control.  I feel like more of a human now, but my memory is still horrible and many days I wonder if it's epilepsy or if I have Alzheimer's because I cannot remember anything.  However, I finally got motivated to do our fall pictures and I am very happy with them. 
These were taken as Swann Bridge in Blount County.  My husband is from Blount County and these bridges are a big part of the history of the area and his life so it was wonderful to be able to have this backdrop for our pictures. 
The girls have always loved visiting the bridges and exploring the river running under them and that always makes for a great day out.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!!

I know it's been a bit since I've been around, but while I've been dealing with illness and family issues I have had to take some time to really look at things.  So, you will see some changes and that I've stopped selling on some sites.  Right now I just want to focus on having some relaxing fun and being with my family.
That being said, I have a freebie for BCA month.  I don't know anyone who's life has not been touched by Breast Cancer...so keep it pink and get checked!!

A Special Birthday

My cousin turned 1 this past week.  She is the cutest little princess and I got to take some pictures of her!!  Then I got sick, yay me.  So today I've been editing and I got the first set of pictures done.  I thought I would post a little preview so everyone could see.  These do have watermarks on every image, because I am a little more protective of these photos.  So, please forgive the little white lines!!

It's freezing here...seriously.  So I am spending the day working on Monograms!  I will be listing them at Etsy soon.  I am considering also putting them on Redbubble for those who might want shirts or other goods made with them.  

Each one will be 3600 x 3600 pixels/300ppi, that is 12 x 12 inches!!  They can be resized to a large range of sizes and used on so many things.  Vinyl wall art, vinyl car stickers, t shirts, letterheads, invitations and more.  There is really no end to what you can use them for!

Price will be $10 per monogram on Etsy.

Good Morning, Look What's New!

Well, I've been busy...in my house.  We have done some rearranging and such and it is almost finished.  I only have a bit more to go!  I did finally get something new added and I wanted to share it with you.  I did the preview on a clock because it just makes a really good looking clock!  This is available on clothing, phone covers and skins, laptop skins, as canvas artwork, home decor and more.  I think it is perfect for the upcoming warm weather!!

Re-Opening on Etsy!!

I have finally been able to open back up on Etsy!  I do not have much in the store yet, but I'm working on it!  Today I was able to get a few things done, despite have a sick kiddo at home.
I will be focusing on invitations, announcements, greeting cards, prints and posters.  I am planning to add custom business and personal stationary soon.  One of my daughter's is also considering joining my shop and offering jewelry and handmade soap once school is out for the summer.  So keep an eye out!

Freebie! Desktop Background

I like to have my desktop neatly organized.  It makes my life easier to have things in place.  So, every month or so I create a desktop background with the spaces to place certain things.  This month I am offering a freebie version of my desktop background.  It has 3 designated spaces for desktop icons, 1 large and 2 smaller.  It is 1366 x 768 pixels and 72 dpi and should fit most screens.

This background is made with the kit Floral Glow by Jessica Art Design.  I wanted something green, but not necessarily St. Patrick themed and I think this works great.  Hope you enjoy the freebie!

Sickness Strikes

I have uploaded some new designs to Redbubble, but I've had a sinus infection and the flu.  It has been a very yucky week.  I have decided to reopen my shop at Etsy, so it is there, but empty.  With this crud I just have not had the will to work on it.  I am hoping for a better day tomorrow!  I will update the Etsy shop progress soon!  Here are a few examples of the things that have been uploaded at Redbubble.

The Second Birthday of the Year

Today my eldest is 16.  It's hard for me to wrap my head around that.  What started out as a tiny ball of attitude who was always smiling, giggling and moving has grown into a very mature young lady who is focused on her future and serious about where she is going in life.  Not sure how my husband and I managed to raise her like that...I never think we are very good at parenting.

She's looking at colleges, looking into a Herpetology degree and a career helping animals.  This is no surprise to anyone who knows her.  I have no problems seeing her working in conservation and protecting rare species and I know she will rock it with the style that is all her.
